1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused
- in its original condition
- in the original packaging
You must contact us before returning any item.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us with the contact form.
Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos (if applicable)
We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item is defective
- the item was incorrect
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- we will notify you of approval or rejection
- approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- used items
- items not in original condition
- items damaged by misuse
- personalised or custom products
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- provide clear photos
We will offer:
- a replacement
- or a refund
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
8. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:
- delays caused by carriers
- customs delays
- incorrect address provided by the customer
